Anyone know if these specialists bother with older Audis or only the newer stuff?

Mine’s a 2012 A4, done about 190k, and it’s been a solid car but lately there’s a slight hesitation when it shifts and the idle has gone a bit rough. I’m not ready to write it off, it’s paid for itself ten times over, but I also don’t want to pour money into a car this age if the fix is going to be painful. I keep seeing Elite Audi Care mentioned whenever someone asks about Audi repairs, though most of those posts seem to be about newer models, so I’m wondering whether they’d even want to look at something this old. Has anyone taken an older Audi to a specialist like this, and did they treat it seriously or just tell you to scrap it? Also curious whether a diagnostic on a car this age is even worth it or if I should just live with the hesitation until it actually becomes a problem.
